Annick Gauvreau was born in Montreal in 1954. In 1977, she obtained a diploma in Fine Arts from the CEGEP du Vieux Montreal. Life having lead her on a different path, she started to paint again in October of 2002. Since then, she has exposed regularly. Some of her work is part of private collections. She also displays, during exhibitions, collections of thoughts drafted during the realization of her works. She has been the subject of local, regional and provincial articles and communiques for print as well as broadcast media.
